In this session, we get to learn a little about each other. You will get to share what’s on your mind and some of your hopes for the future. And Mark will share with you the thinking behind BTSQ (Business Thinking Systems) and what sets our approach apart from traditional business improvement services.

Mark will also share the 7 Key attributes of highly effective businesses, as well as give you an insight to Step 2, the Partnership for Success Questionnaire.

Step 2 – The Partnership for Success Questionnaire – 90 minutes

This session is all about you and your business.

Using our trademarked Business Diagnostic, Mark will help you focus on the areas that are of most concern/interest to you in your business.

Your responses to the questions and detailed comments will be captured by Mark to be used in Step 3, your Partnership for Success Report.

Step 3 – The Partnership for Success Report – 60 minutes

In this session Mark will present you with your Partnership for Success Report.

The report will articulate the identified key opportunities and challenges needing to be addressed, for you to realise the success you’re after, along with suggestions on how to achieve this.

Where appropriate, Mark will present one of the BTSQ methodologies that can expedite the realisation of these goals.
